Michael Niederhauser

Vice President of Customer Experience, MyRounding

Michael honed his information technology and change management skills with Accenture in Washington, D.C. He spent 10 years with a rural health non-profit bringing leading edge patient centered technology and education to underserved communities. Michael is also extremely proud of his service in the U.S. Peace Corps where he taught secondary math and conducted HIV / Malaria awareness programs.

 

Nikole Wagar, RN, MSN

Customer Experience Clinical Advisor, MyRounding

Nikole brings over 10 years nursing experience to MyRounding and is passionate about leveraging technology to give time back to nurses and the entire care team. She has a diverse healthcare background working in a variety of settings including, acute care, rehabilitation, education, and training. As a nursing leader, she has a personal connection with rounding. She develops and hardwires best practices and provides nursing support and education. Nikole received her Masters of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in Education from Western Governors University.

 

Kristin Salvatora

Customer Experience Manager, MyRounding

Kristin brings over 10 years of consulting experience in customer relations, process improvement and financial management for numerous government clients in Washington DC. Kristin holds Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan and a MBA from Virginia Tech. Kristin is an avid traveler; she’s been to 49 states and 41 countries (and counting!).

 

Katie Anthony

Marketing Manager, MyRounding

Katie manages content creation and marketing for the MyRounding team. She has a wide background of marketing expertise including graphic design, campaign strategy, and event planning. For the past six years Katie has specialized in the healthcare and technology fields working with clients like MGMA, Studer Group, and Hewlett Packard. Katie holds a Master of Management Practice and Bachelors of Fine Art in Graphic Design from Colorado State University.
